For the first 12 or 11 seasons I was just super-duper athletic. I can no longer be as effective as I was then. I knew that if I jumped out, I would be in the air much longer than my opponent. But I was smart enough to realize that in order to be the best, I needed to continue to develop my game.


Many teams, many coaches helped me. Gregg Popovich constantly helped me work on the pick-and-roll. Dwane Casey and the defense he used against me. Rick Carlisle helped me too. Many of the coaches helped me become a better person. I knew that in order to become one of the greatest of all time, I had to have no weaknesses, " LeBron said.
